Size 5 jeans fit loosely on me!!! :D im 5'10 btw. I just got some new jeans....corduroys. They're size 5 and when i wear them they are loose they slid down past my hip bones. I was so happy i thought i deserved a little treat which turned into a 1500 calorie intake for the day. I'm so disappointed in myself.
Thank God!! Remodeled is on....that should keep me from eating that cupcake. And im about to post some serious thinspo! I hope my parents go to bed early so i can workout. Im going to do as many of the 100 calorie burn workout as possible. The workout entails 40 jumping jacks, 30 crunches, 20 squats, and 10 pushups. My ULTIMATE goal would be to do 10 of those but the most I've ever done was 7 :( i really hope i can do 10 to burn a bunch. Well, enough rambling! THINSPO TIME!!!!!
Grrrrr....Yesterday i ate a total of 240 calories (mhhm i wish it was less but ok) today I had 140 until i ate alot of a baguette and some green beans and boiled potatoes. I'm going to be so bloated tomorrow and there is these fluffy cupcakes my mom bought for Valentines Day (which I've been resisting) and they keep calling my name. I'M NOT EATING THEM!! I just can't be tempted.
It was a frozen Capri Sun. I just froze it and snip off the top and eat it like a push-pop popsicle. The wild cherry that I have is only 60 calories but if you get the roarin’ water kind they are even less calories.
