I’ve definitely experienced struggles when it comes to bingeing and I was in desperate need to break myself of the habit. I found a few (amazing) tips.
1. NEVER take a bite of the binge food (90% of the time it’s junk food) This is probably one of the best tips if not the best.
2. Write down your thoughts and emotions. Most of the time bingeing revolves around comfort foods and it comes from an emotional problem and an urge to comfort that problem.
3. If you need to keep your mouth busy and your tummy full take a bag of veggies with you and nibble throughout the day.
